Welcome to CleanSweep SG. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App") or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CleanSweep SG, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, and that you accept these Terms in full.

2. Description of Service

CleanSweep SG is a community-driven platform that allows users to:

• Report litter by pinning its location on a map and uploading a photo.
• Clean up reported spots and upload "after" photos.
• Earn points, climb leaderboards, and redeem rewards/vouchers from sponsors.
• View community cleanup activity in real-time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@cleansweepsg.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Conduct & Content Rules

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload fake, misleading, or fraudulent cleanup reports.
• Upload offensive, obscene, violent, or illegal content in photos or descriptions.
• Infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Circumvent our reward system by cheating or exploiting bugs.

We reserve the right to remove any content and permanently ban users who violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All logos, designs, code, and text within the CleanSweep SG app and website are owned by CleanSweep SG and protected by copyright laws.
• Your Content: By uploading photos or data, you grant CleanSweep SG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Service and promoting community cleanup efforts. You retain ownership of your photos.

6. Rewards & Vouchers

• Rewards are offered at our sole discretion and are subject to availability.
• Vouchers have expiration dates and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash.
• We are not responsible for any issues with third-party sponsors (e.g., expired vouchers, unavailable products).
• We reserve the right to adjust the reward system, leaderboard points, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CleanSweep SG makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the map data or location information is 100% accurate – users should exercise caution and common sense when visiting cleanup sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, CleanSweep SG and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during volunteer cleanup activities.
• Loss of data, rewards, or account access.
• Actions taken by other users or third-party sponsors.

Your participation in physical cleanup activities is entirely voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with such activities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CleanSweep SG harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
